Justin is the lead developer for Immerge’s custom Web software division. He oversees development of all databases and Web, desktop and mobile device applications. While in college, Justin was recognized in national and international competitions for embedded software architecture and mathematical modeling.
Justin is active in the community, serving as both a United Way Campaign Account Manager and a Healthy Community Council member since 2007. As part of JMU's College for Kids, Justin has taught Video Game Design courses for 10- to 13-year-olds.
When he's not programming, Justin enjoys listening to all forms of music and spending as much time outdoors as possible, an interest he developed while earning his Eagle Scout award.
I wrote my first computer software for the TI-82 calculator when I was in 9th grade, and thus began my obsession with software development. I have programmed software for platforms from cell phones to supercomputers and the one thing that remains constant no matter the medium is the existentialistic joy that can be found in a well-architected and well-designed solution. It was the desire to chase that joy, in all its forms, that led us to create Immerge Technologies.
