The Harrisonburg Electric Commission (HEC) approached us with a request for a redesign of their existing website. We designed a more modern-looking website that would reflect a strong corporate image while still being approachable to customers.

Because there is only one electric provider for Harrisonburg residents, the aim of HEC’s site was not one of marketing to obtain new clients, but rather was focused on providing a clear, easy-to-use, and well-organized place for customer forms and services, important information, and energy-saving tips.

By creating a universal form structure that returns results both to HEC’s website and through e-mail to their real-life administrators, we helped create a base for HEC’s new online account management services.
